Gissell to head residential sales for Couristan

FORT LEE, N.J. Couristan has appointed Terry Gissell as national account manager for its residential sales division. Joining the company in this newly created position, Gissell will report directly to Steve Codella, Couristan’s senior vp of sales, Eastern United States.

As the primary focus of her new role with Couristan, Gissell will spearhead efforts to increase area rug and residential broadloom sales by expanding the company’s product placement with select retail chains and national buying groups.

Most recently, Gissell held the title of vp of merchandising for the International Design Guild, a division of CCA Global Partners.
