Gap makes newest brand available online
San Francisco Gap Friday announced that its newest brand, Athleta, is now available through the company’s online platform. Customers can also continue to make purchases from the brand’s popular catalog.
Acquired by Gap in September 2008, Athleta offers stylish and functional high-quality apparel for women for a variety of sports, including running, skiing, snowboarding, surfing and yoga.
Last year, Gap online net sales reached just over $1 billion.
