Gander Mountain shoots for sales with firearms superstore

ST. PAUL, Minn. — With gun control at the forefront of public debate, it may seem like odd timing for Gander Mountain to open a firearms superstore. Yet, that is exactly what the outdoor retailer is doing in Ohio.

The Gander Mtn. Firearms Super Center will open in Reynoldsburg and will be the first in the state of Ohio. The Gander Mtn. Firearms Super Center is a new concept transforming the Gander Mountain store in Reynoldsburg into a specialty retail outlet focused specifically on fulfilling the needs of firearms enthusiasts, featuring thousands of new and used firearms of all kinds, and the industry’s best selection of firearms accessories, specialty apparel, ammunition and security, according to the company.

Gander Mtn. Firearms Super Center will buy and sell a huge selection of used firearms and is staffed by firearms specialists on duty to give shoppers more one-on-one service.
