Grapevine, Texas, GameStop director Edward A. Volkwein sold 10,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Wednesday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Volkwein reported he sold the shares Tuesday for $56.90 to $57.18 apiece.
