GameStop to Buy New Zealand's Gamesman

Grapevine, Texas GameStop Corp. said Wednesday it agreed to buy Gamesman, New Zealand's largest independent gaming store chain.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

GameStop said the acquisition will help expand its presence in New Zealand.

The deal is expected to close in mid-July.
