Fresh & Easy rolls out two units in Arizona

PHOENIX Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market opened its 25th and 26th locations in the Phoenix area on Oct. 1, and announced plans for 37 locations throughout the Valley. The Tesco-owned grocer now operates 89 stores in California, Arizona and Nevada.

"We are excited to bring high-quality, affordable food and great jobs to even more neighborhoods throughout the Valley," said Fresh & Easy ceo Tim Mason. "We believe everyone deserves great food at low prices, and we are trying to help stretch customers' budgets even further."

Two local charities--Arizona Retriever Rescue and Team Saulo--were selected for a donation by each store's staff from neighborhood nominations made through Fresh & Easy's Web site.
