Fresh & Easy reveals Bay Area sites

OAKLAND , Calif. Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market Wednesday revealed the locations of its first 18 store sites in Northern California, which will begin opening in 2009.

Like the 37 other markets Fresh & Easy currently operates throughout Southern California, Nevada and Arizona, each Bay Area store will occupy approximately 10,000 square feet, making them smaller than the average supermarket. 

"Our stores have been well received by customers in Southern California, Nevada and Arizona," said ceo Tim Mason.  "Everyone wants fresh, wholesome food at affordable prices and we are confident Fresh & Easy will be a great addition to the Bay Area."
