Former Charles Schwab evp joins Aeropostale board

NEW YORK Aeropostale today announced that Evelyn Dilsaver, formerly evp for Charles Schwab, and president and ceo of Charles Schwab Investment Management, has been appointed to the Aeropostale board of directors.

Dilsaver joined Charles Schwab in December of 1991 and held various senior management positions within the organization including evp of Charles Schwab and president and ceo of Charles Schwab Investment Management. Prior to becoming president and ceo of Charles Schwab Investment Management, from July 2003 to July 2004, Dilsaver held the position of senior vp of asset management products and services.
