Former Aeropostale exec faces kickback charges
New York City A former senior executive at Aeropostale was charged last week for allegedly steering $350 million of the clothing retailer's business to a supplier in exchange for kickbacks, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Christopher Finazzo, a former executive VP and chief merchandising officer at the chain, allegedly received $14 million in secret payments from the supplier, according to prosecutors from the U.S. attorney's office in Brooklyn, N.Y., according to the report. The supplier's owner also was charged.
