Food Lion names Messier vp of U.S. supply chain

SALISBURY, N.C. According to reports, Food Lion's vp of retail services, Mark Messier, has been named vp of U.S. supply chain.

Messier joined Food Lion in 2001. Prior to his most recent post, he was director of deli/bakery category, and regional vp of operations.
