Food Lion enhances e-commerce site with customer feedback

Salisbury, N.C. – Food Lion has launched a new, enhanced website focused on easing the process of shopping for and preparing dinner. The new website, built on customer feedback, offers shoppers a personalized experience when they log in.



Each customer’s personalized dashboard includes their savings for the year and other relevant information and offers. The site is also fully responsive for all screen sizes. Other enhancements include an online recipe portal featuring customer-generated recipes that can be saved and rated based on experience, as well as a new virtual shopping list feature and a coupon hub.

That’s why we’ve launched a new foodlion.com – to help simplify the shopping experience for our customers online while boosting their access to savings and providing new meal offers.”



Additional enhancements to foodlion.com will continue to roll out for customers in the coming months.
