Floor & Décor to anchor proposed New Jersey center

Floor & Décor has signed a lease for a 74,200-sq.ft. superstore at the planned Richmond Plaza in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The site is located within the super-regional trade area commanded by General Growth Properties’ Woodbridge Mall.



"This site is the last prime developable parcel in Woodbridge and offers great visibility and easy access from both Route 1 and St. George Ave,” said Bill Lenaz, a principal and executive VP of R.J. Brunelli & Co, leasing agent for Richmond Plaza. “With Floor & Décor's proven draw, we anticipate that Richmond Plaza's reach will also extend to the many residents of nearby Staten Island.”



Metro Diner has committed to a 4,000-sq.-ft. space at the 94,200-sq.-ft. center, which is being developed by Mocci Industries and is expectedto begin construction in the spring 2017 and open in the fourth quarter.
