First look: Macy's Backstage store in Queens

Macy's is set to open its new format, Backstage, this week in Queens, and the retailer gave the Associated Press a sneak peak of the new effort and what's in store.



Macy’s has been retooling its retail strategy. The retailer plans to expand markets for same-day delivery as well as its buy online, pick up in store options. The first Macy’s "Backstage" off-price store opening in New York is a part of the retailer's newstrategy.
