Federal Signal to acquire Sirit

Oak Brook, Ill. Sirit and Federal Signal Corp., a provider of environmental, safety and transportation solutions, have signed a definitive agreement whereby Federal Signal will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Sirit.

Sirit is a designer, developer and manufacturer of RFID technology.
