Family Dollar names new VPs

MATTHEWS, N.C. Family Dollar Stores announced that it has named Kecia Lamm to the position of VP store operations and Holly Shaskey-Platek to the position of VP change management and leadership development.

Prior to joining Family Dollar, Lamm served as VP general manager Expo Design Center with The Home Depot. Lamm also spent 12 years with Target serving in positions of increasing responsibility in both merchandising and store operations.

Shaskey-Platek’s retail experience includes 17 years with Dayton, Hudson, Marshall Fields. Most recently, she served as VP planning, programming and promotions with ShopNBC.
