Fameco sells Streets of Chester

Woodbridge, N.J. Fameco Real Estate L.P. announced Thursday that it has sold The Streets of Chester Shopping Center, located in Chester, N.J.

Fameco represented the seller, RREEF, a member of the Deutsche Bank Group, and the purchaser Core Plus Partners, based in Stamford, Conn.

The Streets of Chester is a 104,682-sq.-ft. open-air lifestyle center tenanted by Coach, Chico’s, Gap, Talbots, Coldwater Creek and Banana Republic, among others.
