Express sues Wal-Mart over slogan

NEW YORK Express is suing Wal-Mart over its "Express for Less," slogan, claiming it is misleading, according to reports.

Express alleges that the slogan, which Wal-Mart began using in April, might falsely lead customers to assume Wal-Mart's tank tops and shorts are the same as Express's.

Last October, according to reports, Wal-Mart filed a trademark application for the "Express for Less" slogan, which Express is challenging.
