Exar names new ceo

FREMONT, Calif. Exar announced that Pedro Rodriguez has been appointed as president and ceo of the company.

Rodriguez has over 24 years of engineering, sales, marketing and executive management experience in the semiconductor industry. He has served as a director of Exar since October of 2005.
