Brown Shoe Company has added the former CEO of Victoria’s Secret to its board of directors.
“Adding Lori Greeley -- a well-known and highly-respected leader in retail -- to our board of directors gives us the benefit of her more than 20 years of experience,” said Diane Sullivan, CEO, president and chairman of Brown Shoe Company. “Her energy and passion for the business and her leadership skills will be a welcome addition to our company.”
While at Victoria’s Secret, Greeley took on positions with increasing responsibility -- moving from buyer to director and then from vice president to executive vice president, before taking on the CEO role. Greeley began her career at Bon-Ton Stores, as part of its executive training program, and she subsequently joined Youthland, prior to beginning her tenure at Victoria’s Secret Stores.
Brown Shoe Company operates more than 1,200 Famous Footwear and Naturalizer retail stores and 13 branded e-commerce sites.
