Employees sought for new Marketside concept

BENTONVILLE , Ark. Wal-Mart has launched a new site to find associates for its new Marketside stores.

The site, located at http://www.workformarketside.com, features a search engine for job opportunities at the future Marketside locations, all in Arizona.

According to the site, Marketside is looking for candidates with "superior customer service skills and who enjoy working in a team environment." The site also promoted the stores' small-format concept, which veers off of the traditional Wal-Mart stores. 

The Marketside stores are rumored to be opening sometime this summer.
