Electrolux to base canister vacuum team in Canada

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario — Electrolux has assigned Scott Bolbock to its Canadian headquarters to lead the development of canister vacuums for Electrolux Home Care Products across North America.



The 30-year industry veteran, who started his career as a product manager for Eureka in Bloomington, Il, leads a team responsible for the development, growth and product strategy for canister vacuums for Canada, the United States and Mexico. Bolbock's team is working closely with international design teams on a range of models and features for the Electrolux and Eureka brands.



"Canadians love their vacuums, especially if they come in the shape of a canister," said Bolbock. "This was the main driver behind the decision to base the canister vacuum team here in Canada."
