eBay Works to Prevent Resale of Recalled Toys

eBay is working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission to prevent the resale of recalled toys on its online auction site, the company said.

eBay said that it is alerting sellers who may be auctioning off recalled items by sending them messages directly. The company added that it is placing hyperlinks to eBay's Recalled Items policy on various product category pages.
