Duane Reade optimizes work force
MILWAUKEE Duane Reade will be implementing a new program to optimize its work force.
The program, implemented by RedPrairie will help Duane Reade align customer traffic with employee scheduling to improve customer service. According to RedPrairie, Duane Reade will implement its work force management application, including optimized forecasting/scheduling and time and attendance modules.
