DSW opens new Virginia location

The Pembroke Mall in Virginia Beach is home to the newest DSW footwear and accessories store.



The retailers said it opened a 16,000-sq.-ft. store at the Pembroke Mall and characterized the location as “the greatest shoe shopping destination in Virginia Beach,” offering more than 21,000 pairs of shoes.



"We're excited to open a new store in the Virginia Beach area," said Valara Gee, VP stores. "As DSW's footprint continues to grow, we're committed to delivering a shopping experience that exceeds the expectations of our customer."



The new location gives DSW a total of 478 stores in 42 states that are integrated with its e-commerce operation to offer omnichannel capabilities.
