Dollar Tree announces board changes
CHESAPEAKE, Va. Dollar Tree announce that its shareholders have elected Conrad Hall, who had been previously appointed by the board, to serve on the board of directors. Shareholders also re-elected H. Ray Compton, Lemuel Lewis, and Bob Sasser, to serve on the board.
The company also announce the retirement of Richard Lesser. Lesser had served as a director on the company’s board since 1999. With Lesser’s retirement, the board now consists of eleven directors.
