Divaris’ Washington, D.C. team completes five leases

Washington, D.C. -- Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, announced the company negotiated five leases totaling 17,469 sq. ft. of commercial space in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., market.



Wash ‘N Dry - leased 5,792 sq. ft. of retail space at Ashdale Plaza located in Woodbridge, Virginia. Retailers at the center include: Family Dollar, Popeye’s, Wells Fargo, Goodwill and Davita. The landlord, A.R. Kronstadt Realty Investors, was represented by DRE’s Susan McGee.



Montessori Kids Universe - leased 4,500 sq. ft. of space at Sully Place Shopping Center located in Chantilly, Virginia. DRE’s Joseph Farina and Brandon Howard represented the tenant in the lease negotiations with the landlord, The Sully Limited Partnership.



Bank of America - renewed its lease for 3,000 sq. ft. of retail space at Perry Hall Marketplace located Perry Hall, Maryland. Retail tenants at Perry Hall Marketplace include: Safeway, Subway, Great Clips, and Swan Song Spirits. The lease was handled on behalf of the landlord, Perry Hall Maryland, LLC, by DRE’s managing broker, Joseph Farina.



Angels of Beauty - leased 2,502 sq. ft. of retail space at Warrenton Towne Centre shopping center in Warrenton, Virginia. Retail tenants at the center include: Food Lion, Tagaloo, CVS, Gold’s Gym, and Triune Shooting Sports. Howard handled the lease on behalf of the landlord, Kalis Holdings, LLC.



Provoc - leased 1,675 sq. ft. of space located at 1327 14th Street Northwest in Washington, D.C. Provoc is a business-to-business graphic design firm. DRE’s Rob Gray handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Gerard Brothers, LLC.
