District at Green Valley Ranch signs three lifestyle tenants

The District at Green Valley Ranch outside of Las Vegas gave a shot in the arm to its healthy lifestyle credentials with the signing of three new tenants — CycleBar, Drip Doctors, and Pressed for Juice.



Owned by Vestar, the 385,000-sq.-ft. open-air center is the largest retail component of Green Valley Ranch, a master-planned community in Henderson whose centerpiece is a hotel-casino resort of the same name run by Station Casinos.



“Each of these three new retailers will appeal to a growing local community intent on fostering elevated well-being close to home,” said Bill Dunbar, principal of Dunbar Commercial, which handles leasing at the facility for Vestar.



Drip Doctors specializes in IV vitamin therapy, anti-aging, and cosmetic enhancements; CycleBar claims to make spinning a multisensory fitness experience; and Pressed for Juice serves cold-pressed juice and other fresh, organic products made with locally sourced ingredients.
