Dillard's reports changes in BOD

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. Dillard’s announced the election of former U.S. Congressman J.C. Watts, Jr. to its BOD. Watts’ election follows the resignation of James Haslam, III who resigned effective immediately to focus on other responsibilities.

Congressman Watts currently serves as chairman of the J.C. Watts, a multi-industry holding company headquartered in Washington, DC, with operations in Texas and Oklahoma. Watts provides advisory services to several major companies, including John Deere and NASCAR and also serves on the BOD of Burlington Northern Santa Fe.
