DGSE’s Fine Jewelry and Rare Coins Yield High Returns

Dallas DGSE Cos., which wholesales, retails and auctions fine watches, jewelry, diamonds, precious metal and rare coin products via bricks-and-mortar stores and the Internet, announced that its revenues for fiscal year 2007 increased 44% over revenues in fiscal 2006.

Total revenues in 2007 exceeded $62.9 million vs. $43.8 million in 2006. Similarly, EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) realized a 38% increase growing to $2.1 million in 2007 vs. $1.5 million in 2006. In addition to its retail stores in Dallas and Euless, Texas, Charleston, S.C., and Beverly Hills, Calif., DGSE operates live Internet auctions.
