Developers partner for mixed-use center in Minnesota

Paster Properties, a developer and manager of retail projects in Minnesota, and Bader Development, a multi-family property developer and manager, have partnered to develop a six-story, 155,000-sq.-ft., mixed-use redevelopment project in Minnetonka, Minnesota.



The Shops at 1700 and the Residences at 1700 project will include multi-tenant retail space on the ground floor and 115 luxury apartment units featuring oversized windows and balconies on floors two through six. Amenities will include heated underground parking, an elevated outdoor pool deck, lounge areas, a fire pit, an indoor clubroom and fitness center.



Two levels of underground parking with 190 stalls will be provided for the apartment residents and 80 surface parking stalls will serve retail uses. The apartments will be leased and managed by Steven Scott Management Inc.



The development is slated to open early 2017. There will be a groundbreaking ceremony on Nov. 16.
