Developers Diversified expands staff

Cleveland Developers Diversified Realty Corp. said Tuesday it has expanded its staff with the appointment of four new team members.

Tim Todaro is senior leasing director for the northern region, responsible for leasing 35 shopping centers located in Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia, totaling 9.3 million sq. ft.

James Dolan is regional mall manager for Liberty Fair Mall, a 434,506 –sq.-ft. enclosed mall in Martinsville, Va.

Marisa Roy is leasing manager for the southern region. Located in the Atlanta office, she will be responsible for leasing 19 shopping centers located in Alabama and Georgia, totaling 4.7 million sq. ft.

Leonard Corsi is the new general manager of Town Center Plaza, a 626,487-sq.-ft. shopping center in Leawood, Kan.
