Delia’s to implement customer interaction management system
Maynard, Mass. Delia’s said Tuesday it is launching a customer interaction management system from the Yacobian Group.
Delia’s is implementing Yacobian's Customer Interaction Management System to help improve in-store execution and provide measurable customer experiences.
“CIMS is a useful tool that we anticipate will provide us with unique insights into our stores' productivity, both collectively and individually,” said Delia’s COO Walter Killough.
Using Yacobian's return-on-visit feature, Delia’s will be able to monitor and analyze customer experiences and staff behaviors across all its stores.
“CIMS is expected to spotlight and quantify the opportunities for us which will assist our team in determining how best to help drive performance,” Killough said.
