Delay at Winn-Dixie

Jacksonville, Fla., Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. delayed filing its annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The supermarket chain is operating under bankruptcy protection. The company said in a regulatory filing that it expects a loss from continuing operations of about $666 million for fiscal 2005, compared with $50.8 million in the previous year.
