Davis to head marketing at A.C. Moore

BERLIN, N.J. A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts announced today that Craig Davis will join the company as its senior vp of merchandising and marketing effective July 30. Davis has nearly 30 years of experience in the arts and crafts retail industry.

Since 2006, Davis has served as vp, general merchandise manager of retail for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.. He joined Cracker Barrel in 2005 as a divisional merchandise manager. From 2001 to 2004, Davis was vp and general merchandise manager for Jo-Ann Stores. From 1996 to 2001, Davis served as divisional merchandise manager for Garden Ridge. From 1976 to 1996, he held senior management positions with various arts and crafts and home decor retailers.
