Dabah files complaint against Children's Place

NEW YORK Former Children's Place ceo Ezra Dabah, has filed a complaint against the company, citing that it has not held an annual meeting of shareholders in more than 18 months.

In an SEC filing, Dabah reported that he filed a complaint on Feb. 21 in the Court of Chancery for the State of Delaware, saying that the Children's Place annual meeting, scheduled to take place on June 27, will be more than 18 months since its last meeting held on June 22, 2006.

In the complaint, Dabah is requesting that the court order Children's Place to hold its annual meeting within 45 days from when the complaint was filed.
