CVS Collects Unwanted Medicine

Woonsocket, R.I., CVS held a free-to-the-public medicine-disposal program at a store in South Portland, Maine. Billed as the first of its kind in the nation, the store collected 50 gallons of unwanted medication for environmentally safe disposal. The program was sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
