Prior to joining Crane Co., Phegley spent time in the automotive, millwork, defense and electronics industries, where he served as business development manager, operations director and earned his Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Phegley holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Yale University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ.
