Craftmade names Scrudder ceo

COPPELL, Texas Craftmade has appointed Marcus Scrudder to serve as the company's ceo, effective July 1. Scrudder will maintain his roles as cfo and corporate secretary of the company until such time as the board of directors names replacements for those positions.

Scrudder was appointed cfo of Craftmade effective Oct. 3, 2005. Prior to joining Craftmade, he served as an operations manager at privately-owned Crown Equipment after it purchased the assets of Shannon Corp. in 2004, where he had served as cfo and senior vp since 1998.
