Craft and Hobby Association to host first-ever consumer show

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. The Craft and Hobby Association announced that it will host its first-ever consumer show, the CHA Craft SuperShow, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., from July 31 to Aug. 1, 2009. The Craft SuperShow will follow CHA's Summer Convention and Trade Show held July 28 through July 30, 2009.

"We are very excited to launch the show in Orlando and introduce consumers to the many new advancements in the craft industry," said Steve Berger, ceo of the Craft and Hobby Association. "While most craft shows only focus on one or two segments, the Craft SuperShow will educate and inspire crafters on a broad range of crafting projects. From knitting to scrapbooking and art materials, this show will give people an opportunity to explore their creative side and learn new techniques."
