Lebanon, Tenn. - Cracker Barrel Old Country Store will roll out the QSR Automations' DineTime solution at all locations nationwide, with plans to complete the installment by the end of summer 2015. DineTime offers features such as wait list management, online reservations, customer data collection, a mobile customer app and more.
Cracker Barrel is using DineTime in a multiple platform approach with both Apple and Windows clients, as well as DineTime Assist for remote floor management. The company is also taking advantage of DineTime's Enterprise Configuration and Reporting Portal to maintain business insight throughout all of their locations with key analytical data.
"With stores that welcome an average of 1,000 guests a day it's important to have a system that can help effectively manage the seating process," said Leon De Wet, Cracker Barrel VP information services and CIO. "This new platform will allow us to increase capacity and minimize the long waits many guests experience when visiting our stores at peak times."
