CPG exec Dolci aims for growth at airgun company
Veteran consumer packaged goods executive Phil Dolci was named president and CEO of airgun manufacturer Crosman.
The Rocherster, NY-based company is the leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of a wide range of products for the shooting sports under the Crosman, Benjamin, Centerpoint, Precision Optics, Game Face and Undead Apocalypse brands.
“Joining the Crosman team on the eve of its 90th year is especially exciting,” Dolci said of his new role at the privately held company. “I’m thankful for the opportunity, and eager to guide this organization of dedicated and talented people. Together we will continue the journey of process improvement, continued expansion into new markets, and significant long-term growth.”
Dolci most recently served as CEO of the Jarden Corporation Leisure and Entertainment Group and president of U.S. Playing Card Company, a division of Jarden Corporation. He served as VP with the Sanford division of Newell Rubbermaid and also spent 14 years in the food industry at ConAgra, Dean Foods and Kraft. He received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Chicago.
