Mountain View, Calif. – Inc. is launching a savings and digital promotions app for the Apple Watch. Using the Apple Watch app, shoppers can add nearby digital savings at national retailers and restaurants.

The free app for the Apple Watch will be available in the App Store when the watch launches on April 24. The app incorporates some of the features from the Web and mobile properties. These include digital offers that shoppers show or scan at checkout as well as Card Linked Offers, in which the savings is credited directly to a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.

Offers appear by retailer and distance, with the closest deals shown on top. Then, once shoppers select an offer, additional details about the retailer appear, including address, phone number and a map. Shoppers can launch the map straight from the app. For shoppers with a account, the buttons will change color when they add a Card Linked Offer directly to their credit cards – indicating that the offer is valid and ready to be automatically redeemed at checkout.

The Watch app works in tandem with the mobile app.
