Couche-Tard buys 12 Indiana stores
Quebec, Canada Canadian convenience store operator Alimentation Couche-Tard said Friday it has agreed to purchase 12 convenience stores in Indianapolis.
The company said it will acquire the stores from Crystal Flash Petroleum, and all 12 will be operated by Couche-Tard’s Midwest division under the Circle K banner.
The transaction is slated to close in September; financial terms have not been disclosed.
