Costco comps up 9% in June

ISSAQUAH, Wash. Costco Wholesale reported net sales of $7.14 billion for the month of June, an increase of 12% from $6.35 billion in the same five-week period last year.

The company reported that total comparable-store sales were up 9% for the month of June. Excluding gasoline price inflation, U.S. comparable sales would have been up 5%.
