Contact Solutions upgrades mobile customer care tool

Reston, Va. – Cloud-based customer care technology provider Contact Solutions has released version 2.1 of its My:Time mobile customer care tool. My:Time 2.1 introduces a software developer kit (SDK) that allows developers to add My:Time customer care to existing mobile apps, so users can get in-app customer support.



Specific services My:Time enables for existing or new mobile apps include direct chat, voice memo and image communication with customer service representatives, as well as full interaction history, a notification center and automatic resumption of interrupted customer service interactions at the customer’s convenience.
