Conair names international consumer products head

STAMFORD, Conn. Conair has appointed Ronald Diamond to head its international consumer products business. Diamond joined Conair 28 years ago, serving as co-president of the corporation since July of 2000 and overseeing the company's extensive personal care categories.

"This is a great time for Conair," said Mr. Diamond. "Next year the company is celebrating its 50th anniversary. I am looking forward to taking over the reins of our Cuisinart and Waring divisions as we move forward into the next 50 years!"
