Coach re-tools omnichannel strategy

Coach has hired Demandware to help re-launch its website on a new platform to better serve its omnichannel needs.


Coach says it switched from its previous platform to Demandware’s cloud solution to gain greater business agility and to fuel growth across channels and geographies.

Coach says it moved to its new platform in order to better support the company’s omnichannel business transformation and international expansion plans. The new Coach.com launched on Demandware in January with an evolved modern luxury customer experience. The company plans to leverage the Demandware platform for further international expansion and to accelerate omnichannel operations.
