CloudTags partners with Brickstream for in-store analysis

New York - CloudTags, an omnichannel marketing technology company, is partnering with Brickstream, an in-store analytics vendor. The partnership will enable the analysis of physical store intent and behavioral data through a comprehensive in-store data platform.



With the platform, retailers can capture a detailed picture of how real-world shoppers browse before buying, identify specific products shoppers are considering for purchase in the future, and better understand the entire omnichannel path to purchase, including both online and in-store interactions. This insight is all shown in a connected and comprehensive dashboard available to joint Brickstream and CloudTags customers, integrating the unique data sets and analysis provided by both vendors.



CloudTags’ technology encourages shoppers to digitally interact with physical products using tablets provided by the retailer in the store, which incorporate real-time content, reviews and recommendations to increase sales. The system learns the best combination of interest, location and timing to maximize the selling opportunity. Customers are only asked to identify themselves at the end of the experience, in order to have access to the data they created in-store after they leave. This opt-in collection of in-store browsing data enables re-marketing to shoppers, whether in person or via direct marketing afterwards.
