Christopher & Banks picks Epicor to lead omnichannel efforts

Christopher & Banks Corp. has hired Epicor to lead its efforts to develop an omnichannel "customer first" strategy.



The retailer plans to leverage a broad solution set that includes Epicor QuantiSense retail business intelligence and analytics and Epicor ShopVisible order management and digital commerce solutions.



To support improved efficiency and an enhanced customer experience, Christopher & Banks will leverage the Epicor Retail platform across its 500 plus store locations throughout 43 states. The company will also upgrade its CRM solution with the Epicor Retail CRM 7.0 offering; which, used in conjunction with the Epicor QuantiSense Retail Business Intelligence solution, will support an enhanced enterprise-wide, single view of customers information across the store, online and call center, in addition to enabling personalized marketing campaigns and offers to the company's valued customers.



Christopher & Banks will also leverage the Epicor ShopVisible cloud retail order management solution with integrated and comprehensive product information management (PIM) capabilities.



Additionally, Christopher & Banks will take advantage of Epicor Retail's partnership with AJB Software Design to simplify and secure electronic payment acceptance at the point-of-purchase, enabling the retailer to accommodate new and emerging payment methods and comply with security best practices.
