China BCT acquires 11 retail pharmacies

Liuzhou City, Guangxi, China Retail pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor China BCT Pharmacy Group said Tuesday that it has acquired 11 retail pharmacy stores in Laibin City, Xiangzhou County, further expanding the company's pharmacy footprint in Guangxi Province.

In May, China BCT acquired 11 retail pharmacy stores in Laibin City for $0.6 million in cash from Laibin Teng Fei Pharmaceutical Limited, a local retail pharmaceutical firm.

China BCT currently operates 125 retail stores in Guangxi province.
